1. Who creates the artwork for Koko Naughty? 

All artwork - books, stickers, paintings etc. are created by Karla Magaña

2. Who assembles the LUX line of earrings?

LUX earrings are hand assembled in-house with sourced components. This includes USA sourced components including 14kt gold and sterling silver plated hooks, nickel free findings, Swarovski crystal and other crystal rhinestone accents.

3. Where is Koko Naughty located?

Koko Naughty is an online boutique based in retro fabulous Palm Springs, California. Dramatic landscapes, tiki bars, and retro ghosts are all part of the Koko Naughty mystique. Get into it!

4. How frequently do orders ship?

Orders ship twice per week. 

5. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times are dependent on processing time and shipping method. Once an order is placed it enters a processing period. Order processing occurs within a 1-3 business day window. Upon completion of processing, your order will be ready for shipping through the carrier service. First Class shipping generally takes from 5-7 days dependent on location, Priority Mail generally takes 3-5 business days. 

6. I missed out on an item, will it be restocked?

Certain items are periodically restocked. Items marked as “Last Chance” section will not be restocked. For updates on restocks join our mailing list and follow Koko Naughty on social media. 

7. I bought a “Last Chance” or “Clearance” item - can it be returned or exchanged?

No, Last Chance and Clearance items are Final Sale - no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

8. I received a defective item, can I exchange it?

Absolutely! We do our best to inspect all packages that leave our jungle, but if an item arrives damaged please get in touch. Defective items must be reported within 3 days of the delivery date to support@kokonaughty.com in order for the exchange process to begin.

9. Do you have a general size chart?

No, at this time Koko Naughty sources from various manufacturers each with their own measurement standards. Please pay attention to the sizing and care instruction on individual item product pages to ensure accurate fit and laundering advice.
